How to Make White Chocolate M & M Popcorn
- Start by popping your 1/2 cup of corn in a popcorn maker. Once it's popped, transfer the fluffy popcorn into a large mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
- While the popcorn is still warm, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt over it to enhance the flavor.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 1 1/2 cups of white melting wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth and glossy—about 1-2 minutes total.
- Carefully pour the melted white chocolate over the warm popcorn and gently mix with a spatula until well-coated.
- While the popcorn is still warm, add in the 1 1/2 cups of Valentine's M&Ms and toss to combine.
