How to Make Very Berry Healthy Smoothie
- Pour 2 cups of milk into your blender.
- Toss in 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, and 1 frozen banana.
- Add 2 tbsp of hemp seeds, along with 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder and 1 tbsp of maple syrup, if desired.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until creamy and smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle a few extra hemp seeds on top.
