How to Make Vegan Cheese Fondue
  1. Chop the potato into 1-inch pieces and add them to a pot with the drained chickpeas. Boil for about 15 minutes or until everything is tender.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Blend the cooked potatoes and chickpeas with the sautéed garlic, cashew butter, wine, dairy-free milk, nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, salt, and onion powder until completely smooth.
  4. Heat the blended mixture in a pan over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it becomes stretchy and elastic, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Transfer the creamy fondue to a fondue pot and serve with an array of dippers.
