  • 1 few drops pink gel food coloring
For the Topping
  • 1 container Wilton pink heart sprinkles

How to Make Valentines Sugar Cookie Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar together in a standing mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Wilton springtime pearlized jimmies.
  7. Scoop the dough into the prepared baking dish and flatten it out evenly, then bake for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Beat the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
  9. Add pink gel food coloring to the frosting and mix until desired shade is achieved.
  10. Frost the cooled cookie bars generously and top with Wilton pink heart sprinkles.
