How to Make Valentine Gnome Cookie Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
  2. Scoop the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into the muffin cups, making sure to fill them evenly. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Cool the cups in the pan for a few minutes, then gently press the center of each with a small spoon to create a cozy cup shape.
  4. Prep your strawberries by rinsing them under cool water and slicing off their tops.
  5. Melt pink chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, and stirring until smooth. Dip the flat side of each strawberry into the melted chocolate.
  6. Pipe a generous swirl of white frosting onto the cooled cookie cups, then lovingly place the dipped strawberries on top.
  7. Attach the Valentine’s Day M&Ms as noses, placing one above the frosting, and spread some extra frosting underneath for fluffy gnome beards.
