Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and ensure the rack is arranged in the center.
  2. Trim the broccoli into similar-sized florets, ensuring they’re dry.
  3. Toss the broccoli in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the broccoli on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 18–22 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle the seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese over the broccoli immediately after removing from the oven.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  8. Serve the dish on a platter with a fresh squeeze of lemon.
