- In a mixing bowl, combine farmer’s cheese, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Lightly dust a clean surface with flour. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into about 14 patties, roughly 1 inch thick, ensuring they hold together nicely.
- In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Make sure the oil is hot enough to fry the patties without soaking them, ideally reaching a shimmering surface.
- Place a few patties at a time in the pan, frying until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Flip carefully to maintain their shape and cook evenly.
- Once golden and delicious, remove the Syrniki from the pan and let them cool slightly. Serve them dusted with icing sugar and add your favorite toppings.
