  • 1 pound Ground beef the star of the dish
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs helps bind the mixture
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binding agent
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix adds savory flavor
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Chili sauce provides a spicy kick
  • 1 cup Jelly grape, raspberry, or apricot

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and Lipton Onion Soup Mix in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Heat the chili sauce and jelly in a skillet over medium-low heat until combined.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until they're well coated. Serve immediately.
