Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the onion and measuring out all components.
  2. Mix the meat by combining ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes per batch.
  5. Deglaze the skillet with beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in sour cream.
  6. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for about 10 minutes before serving.
