Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a pot; bring to a boil.
- Cook the rinsed sushi rice according to the package directions.
- Stir in furikake and sesame seeds once the rice is cooked; press it evenly into the baking dish.
- Mix together cream cheese, crab meat, shrimp, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Lay nori over the rice; then, spread the cream mixture over the nori.
- Add asparagus, then drizzle with sriracha mayo and unagi sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until hot and the edges are caramelized.
- Garnish with diced avocado, cucumber, and scallions before serving.
