  • 2 cups Sliced sweetened strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 Large eggs

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

How to Make Strawberry Wet Cake
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix and strawberry jello until evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the vegetable oil and crack in the eggs. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Gently stir in the sweetened strawberries along with their juice.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Pour the strawberry batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  7. Blend together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the cooled cake and top with fresh strawberry slices.
  9. Refrigerate the cake overnight for best flavor.
