How to Make Strawberry Kiss Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Funfetti Sugar Cookie Mix, softened cream cheese, and large egg in a bowl. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Pour the sanding sugar or non-pareils into a shallow bowl.
  4. Scoop out dough balls using a tablespoon-sized scoop and roll each ball in the sanding sugar until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated dough balls on your prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1½ inches apart.
  6. Bake the cookies for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden.
  7. Press a Hershey’s Strawberry Kiss into the center of each cookie while they are still warm.
