How to Make Strawberry Fudge

  3. Melt and Combine: In a saucepan, melt the butter, half and half, heavy cream, and clear vanilla over medium heat.
  4. Add Sugar: Gradually mix in granulated sugar until smooth and glossy.
  5. Melt the Chips: Stir in white baking chips until completely smooth.
  6. Incorporate Fluff: Mix in marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
  7. Pour the Base: Spread three-quarters of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Swirl in Color: Add remaining food coloring and extract to reserved mixture, swirl into the base.
  9. Set the Fudge: Let fudge sit at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
