Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with silicone mats or parchment paper.
  3. Boil water in a saucepan and add the baking soda. Bring it to a rolling boil.
  4. Slice each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Add the biscuit quarters to the boiling water carefully. Boil each batch for about 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the boiled pretzel bites to your prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 13-18 minutes until they’re golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
