- Boil the macaroni in salted water for about 8 minutes until tender; then, drain and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned.
- Simmer by adding the tomato sauce, ketchup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, and paprika.
- Combine the drained macaroni with the sauce mixture, stirring until it's all evenly coated.
