  • 1/2 pint Grape or Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2-3 bunches Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 3 Hard-Boiled Eggs quartered
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 lb Shrimp thawed, peeled, and deveined
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Shallot minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt plus more to taste

How to Make Shrimp Cobb Salad
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced shallot, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and emulsified, then set aside to let the flavors meld.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the prepared shrimp with garlic powder and paprika. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes, ensuring they're tender and juicy.
  3. On a large serving platter or in a bowl, start with a bed of chopped romaine lettuce. Neatly arrange the hard-boiled egg quarters, crispy bacon, sautéed shrimp, halved tomatoes, diced avocado, and crumbled blue cheese on top.
  4. Just before you serve, generously drizzle the creamy dressing over the colorful salad. Toss gently to allow the flavors to combine, or serve it as is for a lovely presentation.
