  • 1 jalapeño seeds and veins removed, finely diced
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves chopped
For the Citrus Marinade
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • hot sauce to taste, optional

How to Make Shrimp Ceviche
  1. Prepare the shrimp: Cut the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place them into a large mixing bowl.
