  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil Melted

  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Combine sweet potato cubes with melted coconut oil, sea salt, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 27-35 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes for even browning.
  6. Mix olive oil with seasonings before tossing it with the sweet potatoes.
