How to Make Reuben Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Combine the bread cubes with melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well-coated.

- Layer half of the seasoned bread cubes into the greased baking dish.

- Add the chopped corned beef over the bread layer, spreading it evenly.

- Spread half of the drained sauerkraut over the corned beef.

- Pour ¾ cup of Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut, ensuring even coverage.

- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese over the dressing.

- Repeat layering with remaining bread cubes, corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing, and Swiss cheese.

- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned.

- Cool for 5-10 minutes, cut into squares, and serve.
