How to Make Raspberry Chocolate Chip Blondies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine almond butter, eggs, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually add almond flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips and fresh raspberries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan. Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and raspberries on top.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
