How to Make Raspberry Bliss Balls
- Blend the Medjool dates in a food processor until they reach a fine, sticky consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the freeze-dried raspberries and pulse until they become a fine powder.
- Add cashew butter, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and sticky, about 1-2 minutes.
- Check the mixture's consistency. If too dry, add a teaspoon of hot water until desired consistency is reached.
- Roll the mixture into firm balls about 1-inch in diameter and place them on a lined plate.
- Optionally, roll each ball in shredded coconut or raspberry dust for extra flair.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container for storage.
