Method

How to Make Raspberry Bliss Balls
  1. Blend the Medjool dates in a food processor until they reach a fine, sticky consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the freeze-dried raspberries and pulse until they become a fine powder.
  3. Add cashew butter, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and sticky, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Check the mixture's consistency. If too dry, add a teaspoon of hot water until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Roll the mixture into firm balls about 1-inch in diameter and place them on a lined plate.
  6. Optionally, roll each ball in shredded coconut or raspberry dust for extra flair.
  7. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  8. Transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container for storage.
