How to Make Raspberry Bliss Balls
- Start by placing the Medjool dates in a food processor and pulse them until finely chopped.
- Next, toss in the freeze-dried raspberries and pulse again until they turn into a fine powder.
- Now, mix in the cashew butter, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, hot water, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Check the mixture. If it feels too dry, add a bit more hot water.
- Roll the mixture into firm balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined plate.
- If you’d like, roll your bliss balls in the remaining shredded coconut and crushed freeze-dried raspberry dust.
- Pop the plate in the freezer for about 30 minutes to let the bliss balls firm up.
- Finally, transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container.
