  • 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried raspberry dust for added flavor

Equipment

  • food processor

Method

How to Make Raspberry Bliss Balls
  1. Start by placing the Medjool dates in a food processor and pulse them until finely chopped.
  2. Next, toss in the freeze-dried raspberries and pulse again until they turn into a fine powder.
  3. Now, mix in the cashew butter, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, hot water, and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Check the mixture. If it feels too dry, add a bit more hot water.
  5. Roll the mixture into firm balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined plate.
  6. If you’d like, roll your bliss balls in the remaining shredded coconut and crushed freeze-dried raspberry dust.
  7. Pop the plate in the freezer for about 30 minutes to let the bliss balls firm up.
  8. Finally, transfer the bliss balls to an airtight container.
