How to Make Puff Pastry Berry Hearts
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the defrosted puff pastry into heart shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake the heart shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the baked pastries completely on a wire rack.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until fluffy and soft peaks form.
