  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

  • 1/4 cup water (for slurry)

How to Make Pineapple Beef Stir Fry
  1. Whisk together the sauce by combining low sodium soy sauce, water, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until fully browned, adding ground beef and sliced green onions.
  3. Add pineapple into the skillet, sautéing it for 2 minutes until warm. Pour in the prepared sauce and heat until bubbling.
  4. Thicken the sauce by stirring in the cornstarch slurry; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce clings to the beef and pineapple.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving over rice or quinoa.
