  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar adjust for consistency

  • 12 oz dark chocolate candy melts
  • 1 cup holiday sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

Making the Patties
  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract in a mixer bowl. Blend until well incorporated.
  2. Gradually add half of the powdered sugar to the mixer while it's running, mixing until smooth.
  3. Adjust the dough by adding more powdered sugar if necessary for the right consistency.
  4. Roll out the dough onto a surface dusted with powdered sugar until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut out small circles using a cookie cutter and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  7. Dip each chilled round into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  8. Decorate with holiday sprinkles right after dipping. Let set on a wire rack or parchment paper.

Notes
