Preparation

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the peppermint extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and flour, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the brownies in the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into squares.
