How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Beat the softened unsalted butter along with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the large egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Blend in the creamy peanut butter until smooth. Then, gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized dollops of dough onto the prepared sheets, spacing them about two inches apart. Bake for around 10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
