- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until smooth. Spread a layer of Nutella evenly over half.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch strips, twist each strip several times, and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
