Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it's smooth. Cut it into 6 triangles, aiming for equal sizes so they all bake evenly.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella at the base of each triangle, carefully leaving a small margin around the edges.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the base to the tip, forming a crescent shape. Place these pastries seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg, giving them a lovely golden finish when baked.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are puffed and golden brown. Keep an eye on them towards the end.
