Method

How to Make Moist Pumpkin Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and prepare your 8×4 inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, allspice, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Whisk them together until well-distributed.
  3. Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until everything is combined.
  4. Merge the wet and dry mixtures gently, mixing until just moistened. Avoid over-mixing.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake the Moist Pumpkin Bread in your preheated oven for about 50-55 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
