How to Make M&M’s Christmas Holiday Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Take an 8×8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter and packed brown sugar in a bowl until fluffy and light—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the large egg and egg yolk into the mixture. Pour in the vanilla extract and mix everything together for at least three minutes until airy.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt gently with a spatula until just combined.
  5. Stir in the Christmas M&M's and optional chocolate chips, mixing gently.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in your prepared baking pan and bake for about 17 minutes.
