Method
 

How to Make M&M’s Blondies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the large egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract into the butter-sugar mixture.
  4. Gently add the all-purpose flour and salt to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and the Valentine’s Day M&M’s.
  6. Pour the blondie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with extra M&M’s.
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden-brown around the edges.
