How to Make Mini Stuffed Pizzas
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic, sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 to 5 inch portions.
- Place a spoonful of cooled sauce on one half of each dough piece; top with favorite toppings and cheese.
- Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool before serving.
