Method
 

How to Make Mini Stuffed Pizzas
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic, sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 to 5 inch portions.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooled sauce on one half of each dough piece; top with favorite toppings and cheese.
  6. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges to seal, and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool before serving.
