Ingredients
  

For the Slaw Base
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 pcs jalapeños diced
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Mexican oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all the slaw base ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss gently until all veggies are coated.
  4. Chill the slaw in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
