  • 3 pieces Fresh ripe mangoes diced
Creaminess
  • 1 cup Plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk to adjust thickness
Sweetness and Flavor
  • 2-3 tablespoons Granulated sugar to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cardamom

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by slicing your fresh mangoes in half, removing the pit, and then cutting them into cubes.
  2. In a blender, combine the fresh mango cubes with the frozen mango chunks, yogurt, milk, and ground cardamom. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you desire more sweetness, add 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, blending in between until you reach the perfect balance.
  4. Pour the Mango Lassi into glasses and consider garnishing with some additional diced mango on top.
