Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
For the Flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
For the Finishing Touch
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Minced chives

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Melt the mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese together until smooth.
  5. Combine the melted cheese and eggs with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
  6. Shape the dough into 8 rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Melt the butter, then mix in the minced garlic and chives.
  8. Bake the rolls for 10 minutes, brush with the garlic butter mixture, and return to the oven.
  9. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra garlic butter if desired.
