How to Make Jello Parfait
  1. Bloom the Gelatin: Start by mixing the unflavored gelatin with warm water in a bowl. Allow it to bloom for 5 minutes until it softens and swells.
  2. Dissolve the Gelatin: Pour boiling water over the bloomed gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved. Separate the mixture into two bowls, adding food coloring to each.
  3. Create the Red Layer: Pour one bowl of dissolved gelatin into your angled glass cups, filling them about a third of the way. Chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes until set.
  4. Mix in Creamy Base: Combine the sweetened condensed milk with the remaining dissolved gelatin, then gently pour it over the set red layer until the cups are nearly full.
  5. Chill Again: Allow the glasses to chill again for 2 hours to set the creamy layer, then prepare the last layer with the second bowl of dissolved gelatin tinted pink.
  6. Top and Serve: Once the pink layer is set, add whipped cream on top and garnish with sprinkles or fresh berries.
