Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground beef ensures rich flavor
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs acts as a binding agent
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 large Egg helps bind the mixture
For the Sauce
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes the sauce base
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano infuses authentic flavor
  • 1 tsp Dried basil adds hint of sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and egg. Stir gently until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
  5. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Gently combine the baked meatballs into the simmering sauce for an additional five minutes.
