How to Make Instant Pot Hot Chocolate Bombs
- Prepare the Instant Pot: Set to sauté mode and add 1 cup of water.
- Melt the Candy Melts: Place candy melts in a glass bowl and melt in the Instant Pot.
- Grease the Molds: Lightly grease molds with non-stick spray.
- Fill with Chocolate: Fill molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
- Freeze the Chocolate: Freeze molds for about 10 minutes until firm.
- Add the Filling: Fill molds with 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa powder followed by mini marshmallows.
- Seal the Bombs: Coat edges with melted chocolate and top with another half, freeze for 10 minutes.
- Release and Decorate: Gently release bombs and drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
