How to Make Instant Pot Hot Chocolate Bombs
  1. Prepare the Instant Pot: Set to sauté mode and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Melt the Candy Melts: Place candy melts in a glass bowl and melt in the Instant Pot.
  3. Grease the Molds: Lightly grease molds with non-stick spray.
  4. Fill with Chocolate: Fill molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
  5. Freeze the Chocolate: Freeze molds for about 10 minutes until firm.
  6. Add the Filling: Fill molds with 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa powder followed by mini marshmallows.
  7. Seal the Bombs: Coat edges with melted chocolate and top with another half, freeze for 10 minutes.
  8. Release and Decorate: Gently release bombs and drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
