  • 1 cup Almond butter or any nut or seed butter
  • 1/4 cup Refined coconut oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened for a healthier twist
  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup or honey/agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract or almond extract
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips or regular chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch Salt a sprinkle of sea salt to elevate flavor
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips dairy-free or regular
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries or fresh fruit
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder for extra cocoa kick
  • 1/4 cup Melted chocolate use dark chocolate for richness
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles customized for different occasions

Method
 

Fudge Preparation
  1. Combine almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in dairy-free chocolate chips, along with a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Transfer to the fridge for an additional 15-30 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares once chilled.
  7. Add your favorite toppings before enjoying!
