  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Tortilla wraps
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
For the Toppings
  • 1 medium Avocado optional
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled blue cheese optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine your cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Toss everything together until the chicken is nicely coated in that zesty sauce.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or your countertop. Make sure they are flat.
  3. Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Stack on the Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and avocado, if using.
  4. Drizzle with yogurt Caesar dressing generously over the fillings.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Enjoy your wraps either cold or heat them in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until warmed through.
