- Combine your cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Toss everything together until the chicken is nicely coated in that zesty sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or your countertop. Make sure they are flat.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Stack on the Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and avocado, if using.
- Drizzle with yogurt Caesar dressing generously over the fillings.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
