How to Make Ham and Potato Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a dash of pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the diced potatoes evenly on the bottom, followed by a generous layer of diced cooked ham.
- Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the layered potatoes and ham. Gently stir to ensure everything is well-coated.
- Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, carefully remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let the casserole sit for about 5-10 minutes.
