How to Make Ground Beef Stroganoff
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, browning it for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Push the cooked beef to one side of the skillet. In the cleared space, add the diced onion and sauté until soft. Stir in minced garlic.
  4. Mix the beef, onion, and garlic together. Pour in the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Stir and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream until fully integrated. Do not let it boil.
  6. Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately.
