How to Make Ground Beef Stroganoff
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, browning it for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Push the cooked beef to one side of the skillet. In the cleared space, add the diced onion and sauté until soft. Stir in minced garlic.
- Mix the beef, onion, and garlic together. Pour in the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup. Stir and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream until fully integrated. Do not let it boil.
- Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately.
