Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F, and clean and oil the grates.
  2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; season the chicken generously.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken on the grill for about 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
  5. In a blender, combine basil leaves, olive oil, diced shallot, Champagne vinegar, garlic, honey, and optional red pepper flakes; purée until smooth.
  6. Taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed, then pour into a serving vessel.
