Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 400°F, and clean and oil the grates.
- In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; season the chicken generously.
- Cook the seasoned chicken on the grill for about 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
- In a blender, combine basil leaves, olive oil, diced shallot, Champagne vinegar, garlic, honey, and optional red pepper flakes; purée until smooth.
- Taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed, then pour into a serving vessel.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with basil dressing and enjoy!
