Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F, ensuring the grates are clean and lightly oiled for easy cooking and cleanup.
  2. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Generously season your chicken thighs or breasts.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side. Flip and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
  5. In a blender, combine basil leaves, olive oil, diced shallot, Champagne vinegar, grated garlic, honey, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
  6. Taste the dressing, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Place your grilled chicken on a plate and drizzle the basil dressing over the top.
