  2. Season the ground beef in a bowl with salt and pepper, then form into four equal patties, creating a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Crumble the fresh goat cheese into each indentation on the patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to at least 160°F.
  5. Toast the burger buns by placing them cut-side down on the grill during the last minute.
  6. Assemble the burgers by layering spinach or arugula, grilled patties, tomato slices, and onion on the buns, drizzling with balsamic glaze.
