Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients: ripe banana, dragon fruit, frozen raspberries, raw beet, medjool date, bee pollen, hemp seeds, cashews, and almond milk.
  2. If you haven't soaked your cashews overnight, place them in warm water for about 1 hour.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, dragon fruit, frozen raspberries, diced raw beet, and the pitted medjool date.
  4. Add the bee pollen, hemp seeds, and soaked cashews to the blender.
  5. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 30 seconds, adjusting the consistency with more almond milk if needed.
