How to Make Dragon Berry Smoothie
  1. Gather all the ingredients: banana, dragon fruit, raspberries, beet, date, bee pollen, hemp seeds, cashews, and almond milk.
  2. If not soaked overnight, place cashews in warm water for 1 hour.
  3. In a blender, combine banana, dragon fruit, raspberries, diced beet, and pitted date.
  4. Add bee pollen, hemp seeds, and soaked cashews.
  5. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Adjust consistency with almond milk.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses.
