How to Make Dragon Berry Smoothie
- Gather all the ingredients: banana, dragon fruit, raspberries, beet, date, bee pollen, hemp seeds, cashews, and almond milk.
- If not soaked overnight, place cashews in warm water for 1 hour.
- In a blender, combine banana, dragon fruit, raspberries, diced beet, and pitted date.
- Add bee pollen, hemp seeds, and soaked cashews.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. Adjust consistency with almond milk.
