Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Layers
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Blackberries
For the Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip
For the Pudding Mixture
  • 1 package INSTANT White Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the powdered sugar until well combined, then gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  3. Whisk the instant pudding mix with the milk and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream mixture gently.
  5. Layer the creamy mixture and the fruits in serving cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
