- Coat the chicken drumsticks in the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is generously covered. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken on a cooling rack placed over a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for about 40 minutes, flipping the drumsticks every 10 minutes.
- Brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken, applying more sauce every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
- Broil the chicken for 2 minutes on each side at the end for extra crunch.
