Basic Directions

  3. Coat the chicken drumsticks in the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is generously covered. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken on a cooling rack placed over a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken for about 40 minutes, flipping the drumsticks every 10 minutes.
  6. Brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken, applying more sauce every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
  7. Broil the chicken for 2 minutes on each side at the end for extra crunch.
  8. Serve immediately while still hot.
